Windows 7 UI

So I am a big fan of Microsoft. Before all the critics leave I must let you know that I own Apple products and have friends that work for them. I equally respect Apple but get a lot more out of MS products. Anyway I ran across some news of new Windows 7 UI development. Check out the screenshots:
